Fighting For Grand Junction by Rebuilding your Trust
As thirteen year Army Veteran, I learned
the Importance of Earning Trust and Working as a Team

Building trust is the cornerstone of effective leadership and the foundation upon which our community thrives. As your candidate for the Grand Junction City Council, I am committed to fostering an environment of transparency, accountability, and open communication. Trust is earned through consistent actions, honest dialogue, and a genuine commitment to the well-being of our residents. My military service has taught me the value of integrity and the importance of standing by one's word. I will bring this same level of dedication to the City Council, ensuring that every decision is made with the best interests of our community at heart. By actively listening to the concerns and needs of our residents, I will work tirelessly to address the issues that matter most to you.

Rooted In
Affordabilty

Prioritizing practical solutions ensures that every member of our community can thrive without undue financial strain. I know what it’s like to count quarters in the cup holder to pay for groceries, and affordability is not a privilege but a necessity for a prosperous life.

My military background has taught me the value of resourcefulness and making the most of what we have. On the City Council, I will advocate for cost-effective services, eliminate wasteful spending, and support affordable housing and transportation solutions that benefit everyone.

Affordability and innovation go hand-in-hand, allowing us to reduce costs while improving infrastructure and services. I am committed to ensuring that Grand Junction grows in a way that keeps opportunities within reach for all residents

Honoring our Heritage And Building Our Future
Grand Junction’s strength comes from the resilience and determination of those who came before us. As we move forward, we must honor this legacy by embracing innovation while staying true to our core values. A strong, community-driven economy ensures affordability and prosperity for all, with local government protecting tax dollars through common-sense solutions. By investing in smart infrastructure and supporting local businesses, we can create a vibrant, sustainable future. Together, we will build a city where opportunity is within reach for everyone.

Salute To Service

My strength and dedication are rooted in my distinguished military service. My time in the armed forces, including a year-long deployment to Afghanistan, taught me resilience, leadership, and an unwavering commitment to serving others. I face challenges head-on, navigating complex situations with integrity and making tough decisions that put people first. As a candidate for Grand Junction City Council, I bring this same sense of duty to our community, ensuring that every decision is made with honor, accountability, and a focus on real solutions.

In the military, I learned the power of teamwork, respect for fellow leaders, and the importance of perseverance. I will bring these values to the City Council by supporting veterans, investing in local businesses, and fostering unity within our community. Grand Junction is not the Front Range—we are the confluence, a place of opportunity and innovation, and we must shape our future with a vision that honors our roots. Our city needs strong female leadership, ensuring that working moms and young girls have a voice and a role model in local government. With dedication and a community-driven vision, I will work tirelessly to build a Grand Junction where every resident has the opportunity to succeed.
About Me
I have called Grand Junction home for the past 10 years, and I couldn’t imagine a better place to live. Born in Colorado Springs and raised on a farm in northern Illinois, I grew up surrounded by animals—pigs, chickens, dogs, cats, and even a guinea hen—which instilled in me a deep appreciation for nature and hard work. Living on the Western Slope allows me to embrace my love for the outdoors, whether I’m rafting down the river, hiking through the canyons, or casting a line in the water to fish.
My partner, Adam, and I have put down roots here, starting a tree care business in town that reflects our commitment to the local environment and community. Beyond work, I’m passionate about creativity and adventure—I’m a watercolor artist who finds inspiration in Grand Junction’s landscapes. At home, I enjoy hosting friends for dinner, cooking incredible meals, and baking up delicious treats. Our two adopted cats keep us company when we're not traveling, which is another passion we both share. Grand Junction has given me so much, and I’m grateful to be part of this incredible community.
